Terms of Service

You sign in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for anything that happens under it.

You keep the rights to images and other content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the service so the app can function.

You must not upload content that:

• infringes someone else's copyright or other rights,
• contains hate speech, nudity, or graphic violence, or
• is otherwise illegal.

If you see content on AIS Social that shouldn't be there, let us know at info@humeko.com.

Signing in with Apple or Google lets us use the account information each provider chooses to share with us, as described during the sign-in flow.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

AIS Social is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
